Draft — not legal advice. This policy needs review by counsel before public launch.

Last updated 2026-10-08.

What we collect

  • From X sign-in: your X user ID, @handle, display name and profile picture.
  • From launches: the public key of the wallet you launch from, and the coin details you enter.
  • From claims: the PayPal PYUSD payout addresses you add and your claim history.
  • From your connection: your IP address, used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.

We never ask for or store seed phrases or private keys.

Why we use it

  • To match creator fees to the right X account and let its owner claim them.
  • To build and submit launch and claim transactions.
  • To send payouts to the address you chose and screen it against sanctions lists.
  • To show public coin pages, leaderboards and claim totals.
  • To limit abuse, spam and impersonation, and to keep the service secure.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

On-chain data is public

Launches, trades, creator-fee balances, claims and payouts happen on the Solana blockchain. Anyone can see those transactions and the addresses involved, and they can't be changed or deleted by PayPad or anyone else. PayPad also shows which X account each coin's fees are assigned to.

Who processes it

We use these services to run PayPad. Each handles data only as needed for its part:

  • Supabase — database, sign-in sessions and file storage.
  • Vercel — website hosting.
  • X — sign-in and looking up X accounts.
  • Helius — Solana RPC, used to read and send transactions.
  • pump.fun — coin creation, and IPFS hosting for coin metadata (name, ticker, image, description).
  • Jupiter — swaps to PYUSD when you cash out to PayPal.
  • A sanctions screening provider — checks payout addresses.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Account, launch and claim records are kept while PayPad operates, because unclaimed fees can be claimed at any time and we need records of past payouts. Rate-limit counters tied to IP addresses are deleted after about a day. Our hosting providers may keep server logs, including IP addresses, for a limited time under their own policies.

Access and deletion

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the contact channels below. We may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations or to keep paying out fees owed to your X account. On-chain data can't be deleted.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. To reach us, message @paypadcash on X. See Support.
