• The coin mint address (on the coin page, or in your launch transaction).
• The claim ID, if your question is about a claim or payout.
• Any transaction signature, and what you expected to happen.

PayPad will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Never share them with anyone, including people claiming to be PayPad support.

If a coin uses your @handle in a misleading way, or someone is pretending to be PayPad, report it through the same channels with the coin mint address or a link. PayPad can block handles from future launches. Fees already assigned to your X account remain yours to claim.
